Owners Sam and Maycie Ralbovsky started their careers in the likes of Restaurant Daniel, Donatella Arpaia's namesake restaurant and Olivier Cheng Catering in Manhattan. They later moved on to open their own chef driven food truck, Nosh Hound where they provide residents of Fairfield and Westchester Counties with creatively driven sandwiches, bowls and bites. CB Hound is their newest venture in which they take catering to a fresh and new inspiration.
